Concave grating with hinge and elastic closing system
Material
Casting manufactured in spheroidal-graphite cast iron (ductile cast iron) in accordance with the EN-1563 Standard.
Features
Set of concave grate and frame with a 120 ˚ concave slope. Opening of up to 110˚. Closing system operated by two spring bars. Grating supported in frame by using "V" shaped legs to achieve better stability and avoid movements. Special design bars with lateral opening to prevent water accumulation at the ends of the set and provide maximum water drainage. Opening effort below 15 daN. Anti-slip surface. Opened by standard tools (crowbar, pick). PRM friendly.
Coating
Epoxy-polyester with a thickness of 100 microns, free of solvents compliant with the standard 199/13/CEE, black RAL-9004.
